The belt for Japanese summer kimono has onefold type and twofold type（ the type which is doubled and stitched together）. Now twofold belt has been the mainstream in the market.
However, conventional manufacturing technology could produce twofold belts using only four different colors for their design colors. Our own research and development has established the technology of manufacturing high-density, multicolor belts for Japanese summer kimono employing seamless construction technology, which has enabled manufacturing of belts which come in up to fifteen different colors. Now our production capacity of belts enables a wide variety of patterns over a short amount of time at a moderate price. Now we manufacture and ship approximately one million five hundred thousand (1,500,000) Japanese summer kimono belts a year, which occupies the greatest domestic market share of approximately eight（ 80） percent.

浴衣帯には一重のタイプと二つ折りのタイプ（二つ折りにして縫い合わされたタイプ）があります。袋ものが市場の主力であるが、従来の袋ものの浴衣帯の製造技術では４色の色柄しかできませんでした。そこで、当社は研究開発を行い、「高密度多色柄無縫製浴衣帯製造技術」を確立し、最大15色の浴衣帯の製造が可能となりました。現在、当社は多様な柄を安価で短期間に製造できるようになり、年間150万本の浴衣帯を製造・出荷しています。国内シェア１位（約80％）
